feat: Save lead scoring justification, background AI lead search, update calendar UI, fix various UI bugs

• Add icp_evaluation and score_reasons fields to Lead model and schemas
• Fix bugs with contact schema not allowing new contact creation from AI lead finder
• Update list meetings endpoint for new calendar UI
